The Brand
Drainage Advisory Services and Assistance (DASA) launched in the early 1980s and quickly became a go-to supplier for major insurers across the country. With such rapid growth, it was clear their brand needed to evolve to match their expanding proposition.
DASA had diligently built their business, and they wanted their brand to truly reflect their new, larger stature. The challenge was to keep that rich heritage, remain approachable and trustworthy, and also showcase their cutting-edge approach.
The final brand is a combination of simplicity and transparency. This new brand now clearly communicates their values everywhere – on their vehicles, across social media, and in all their communications with customers.

Creating a tailored video piece helped convey DASA's proposition as well as adding a premium look and feel to the website.
The Website
We designed the website with two main goals: to amplify the brand's presence and provide a polished digital home for the business. Critically, we wanted the site to enhance customer satisfaction, deepening the trust and positive relationships they have with their customers.
A key engagement point for the website was the new portal. The customer and business entry point would allow customers to self serve and keep up to date with their claim whilst also allowing insurers access to similar information to keep call volume down in the DASA offices.
Working closely with DASA's key stakeholders, we designed a simple, intuitive navigation for the website. Our goal was to make it effortless for users to find essential information, whether they're looking for details about DASA, their services, or simply how to get in touch.
We built the website's front end using WordPress and the Laravel PHP framework. For the portal, MBM provided the design and consultation, with another company handling the build. That's set to launch in the summer of 2020.

The Result
Since the introduction of the new website and brand assets, DASA have gone from strength to strength. They have acquired contracts with new insurance companies that have increased their caseload by 75%. These successes have echoed not only through business development but also down to their customers. The consistency of brand at every touchpoint has meant that positive feedback from customers has increased to 4.2 out of 5 from 3.4.
